Natural supplements can also be used to help remedy back pain, such as omega-3 fatty acids like flax or fish oil and the use of minerals such as calcium and magnesium. Herbs such as ginger and capsicum have natural anti-inflammatory properties and can be used in soothing teas or hot compresses to help reduce pain and inflammation. Back pain remedies are widely available, but finding the best option for you takes time and a great deal of trial and error.
